Loved the comfy and clean room, with the added bonus of a jacuzzi and movie options. The boat itself was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed the variety of activities offered, which were well-organized and allowed us to relax and take in the breathtaking views. the route taken by the boat was less traveled, giving us a true sense of tranquility. Definitely a highlight of our romantic escape.

The lack of complimentary drinks, with only tea and coffee provided. It would have been nice to have free water during meals.

It was surely a fine stay in two nights and three days. Everything was amazing, caring staff, amazing location close to the many boats and a secluded Bay. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

The ship's quality was outstanding, and all the staff members were attentive and friendly. The vegetarian food options were excellent, and the staff quickly catered to our needs. Our balcony suite was spacious and provided breathtaking views. The small group size created a quiet and relaxed experience. We can't recommend this cruise enough.

The hotel's position was absolutely perfect and amazing, short walk to the beach, a cave and a sandy beach, and Bai Tu Long Bay. It was at a walking distance from Eco Cafe, serving fast food.

Was a comfortable base for trip. Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was perfectly clean and elite. The location was unbeatable and amazing, close enough to the centre of the bus as well as a secluded Bay, in a fairly quiet area. We loved the Vietnamese cuisine in the restaurant: )

We had an amazing time on our recent stay in Ha Long Bay. The service, food, and accommodation were all fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was superb, with stunning views of the bay and easy access to all the activities. We especially enjoyed the sunset cruise, where we got to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Another highlight was the delicious seafood that was served onboard. It was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to others.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. the WiFi was only available in the common areas and not in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

The round trip limousine bus from Hanoi was comfortable and spacious, with WiFi available. The check-in service was smooth, thanks to Bruce. Once on the boat, the staff provided friendly and welcoming service. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi. The crew catered to our dietary requirements as vegans, going the extra mile to source soy milk for our breakfast. Activities like visiting the fishing village, kayaking, and exploring a cave were informative, thanks to Bruce and Vinh. The personalized service made us feel valued. we had a wonderful time and highly recommend Signature Royal Halong Cruise.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions, with special dishes prepared for those with food allergies. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with panoramic views and private balconies. The attention to detail by the cooks and waiters was impressive, making every meal a delightful experience. the location was perfect, providing stunning views of the surroundings and offering activities like kayaking around the bay.

The food on the alternate boat was not up to par, and we were charged a high price for drinks, including water. we were taken to a place to look at pearls, which we had already done the day before, resulting in wasted time.

The staff was incredibly nice - always going above and beyond to make our stay AMAZING. The visiting hours organized by Cuong were mind-blowing, allowing us to avoid the crowds. Tina even taught us a few Vietnamese words, which was super cool. The tour on the boat was less touristic, the rooms were jaw-droppingly big and nice, and the activities, including the Thai Chi with Victor at 6 am. it was a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

Had a great New Year experience with amazing food and a tranquil setting. The boat had beautiful views of the water, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The activities were engaging and fun. We particularly enjoyed kayaking and the cooking classes. The cabin was comfortable and clean with a spacious balcony.

The boat could do with some renovations and upgrades. Some areas were worn-out and the facilities could have been better.

Here we found an exclusive and luxurious place with excellent service. The spa and wellness center was magnificent, with a sauna and swimming pool, and we enjoyed a full-body massage followed by a body wrap and facial. The restaurant had a delicious special diet menu and picnic area. Our room was equipped with exclusive amenities, and we had in-room breakfast, a bar and lounge area with a sun terrace and entertainment.

The only minor issue was the karaoke in a nearby public bath that caused some noise late at night. But, overall, this hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time on the Signature Royal! The rooms are incredibly spacious, tasteful, and comfortable, complete with spectacular views of the islands during the day. Staff members are polite and knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna of Halong Bay. We enjoyed the day activities, which included kayaking in a secluded area of the Bay as well as a trip around some floating villages. The cruise lives up to its reputation as a luxury/high-end liner - make sure to enjoy a cocktail on the upper deck as the sun sets.
